Hanging a Roman Blind
We will also consider some of the other ways of dressing windows with blinds.
If you wish to make a blind for a particular window within your home you must contact me to discuss.
These workshops do assume a basic knowledge of the sewing machine and an ability to sew in a straight line.
Fabric is not supplied and you will need to bring 1m of blind fabric and 1m of lining fabric. This will give you a finished blind with a maximum drop of 90cm drop. Specific blind making sundries are supplied.
Rods and bars are cut ahead of the workshop and the workshop is timed to make a smaller blind.
Undertaking a large size may be possible but you may find that you are to complete it during the session, though you will receive the tuition and a comprehensive handout.
This workshop is being led by Sarah.
