Children's workshops gallery
Alison - Her skirt is great and she has been wearing it a lot and is proud to show it off
Emily - My 11 year old daughter had a fab afternoon yesterday making a patchwork tote bag...she definitely wants to come again, thank you!
Kirsty - Maddie really enjoyed taking part in the tie dying workshop last week. She decorated a bag with fabulous designs, and was so inspired, she has added more at home. Can't wait to choose the next workshop.
Kirsty - Just to say, Lottie and Issy had a wonderful time on your workshops last week and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I’m sorry I couldn’t be there to meet you myself, but I just wanted you to know that they had a great time. Please let us know what other workshops you are planning in future.
Isabelle - Cora attends Sarah's Made & Making workshops where she has learnt how to sew by hand and how to use a sewing machine. Sarah is extremely patient and very good at bringing out Cora's creative side. Sarah provides a safe and clean environment for the children and they really love her sessions. I can't think of anything that she can do to improve it.
Martin - Annabel loved it
Alison - Faith really enjoyed the sessions, and was looking forward to going each time. We are certainly interested in future workshops
Andrea - I just asked Anya whether your workshop could be improved in any way, and she said that she thought it was great just as it was!!
Christine - Amy had a great time on your course and was really proud of her cushion. She entered it into the village craft and produce show the next day and won first prize! Her certificate has pride of place up on the wall in her room. :0
Sandra - The girls loved the cushion making. They were really proud on what they had accomplished and showed everybody. We had to take them all the way to Germany so that they could show their grandparent
Aly – Mila had such tremendous fun at both the make a rucksack and make a pencil case workshop she did with you. I couldn't believe how much she had learnt and how accomplished the pieces were, especially the pencil case. I know this is due to your patience and skill with both the sewing machine and children! My Mum thought I had bought the pencil case for her! I felt the workshops offered not only a fun day for the children but more importantly they learnt a new skill. I have been nagged everyday since about buying a sewing machine so they can do more and suddenly I am reminded of myself at their age learning on my Mums machine and getting the bug for making things.
Teresa - I just wanted to email anyway to say thank you for the workshop this morning. Hannah and Mattie had a great time and so enjoyed themselves. It was a lovely, relaxed morning for them and they are very proud of what they made. I hope that we'll be able to come again at Easter time for them try something else. I'll keep an eye on your website!
