Spend the morning with Joyce, finalist from the Great British Sewing Bee

Posted on

Made and Making are delighted to announce that we will be joined by Great British Sewing Bee finalist Joyce at our Studio in the Heritage Barn at South Downs Nurseries on Saturday 10th September.
Joyce will be joining us for a cuppa to share some of her stories from the show and show us a selection of the garments that she made. There will be the chance to hear a little bit about behind the scenes, ask her a question or two and see the garments up close.
To thank her for taking the time to come and see us we are using the morning to raise funds for her chosen charity, Three Ways School, with which her family have close links. The event will be ticket only and we will be holding a raffle with a fantastic prize including the PVC alteration challenge garment from the show iteself.

If you can't join us on the day but would still like to take part in the raffle you will be able to buy a ticket on line.
The event will take place on Saturday 10th September from 10am to 12pm.
All proceeds from the events are being donated to Three Ways School, 180 Frome Road, Odd Down, Bath. Reg 08488749. To find out more about this lovely cause please visit their website
Full booking details will go out in our August newsletter so be sure to sign up.
